  • Consumers do not face unreasonable barriers to make a complaint.

We want to minimise the sale of unsuitable products by encouraging best practice by firms and to give the customer confidence in our product and providing clear, accurate information during all aspects of their customer journey, as stated below.

We are a credit broker not a lender. We do not charge our customers a fee for providing this service. No one from Money Pup will ever contact you by email or phone and ask you to send us money.

*All loans are subject to lenders requirements and approval.

** We will not perform a credit check, lenders will complete a soft search when assessing your eligibility for a loan. If you accept a lender’s loan offer, they will perform a hard credit search. We don’t charge a fee but there might be a charge from some lenders within our network.

***All providers offer a minimum free 14 day trial, followed by a monthly cost of £10-£35. We receive an introducers fee for this service. We are unable to tell you which provider you will be referred to in advance of your application.
